CANCELLATION POLICY
We can reschedule any charter with at least 7-day notice, no charges.
If you have to cancel we will refund 100%. You just need to let us know at least 7 days prior to your charter. Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance get a 50% refund of the charter price.
Cancellations within 48hs or no-shows are non-refundable.
You can book as many charters as you wish to secure your spot. If you have to cancel you can do it anytime with at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date and get a full refund.
WEATHER CALL
The safety of our guests and crew is our main priority.
The Captain will make a weather call 3 hours prior to the charter in the event of inclement weather.
If cancellation due to weather occurs we will be happy to reschedule and offer best alternatives. If you are not available on another day, we will refund you 100% less any pre ordered catering that is not returnable.
Pre-ordered food from third parties (caterers) must be paid for by clients and collected if the charter cancelled due to weather.
TERMS, CONDITIONS
& WAIVER
I understand that, as a result of the nature of the Island Time private sailboat charters, I and the guests invited are solely responsible for my/our actions both on board the sailboat and on/in the water during the charter.
By this statement of waiver I and my guests free Island Time Bermuda charters, their agents, captain and crew and any other persons related to the sailing yacht charter from all responsibility for any personal injuries, property damages or losses occasioned by my/our participation during the course of the charter.
I understand I am/we (all guests) are responsible for my/ our own property, medical, travel interruption/cancellation insurance related to this charter.
All activities are subject to weather conditions.
All guests who engage in any activities (for example, cliff jumping, snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking or diving) assume all risks involved.
Children must be under the supervision of their parent/ guardian. All parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children.
By booking Island Time Bermuda charters, I am/ we (all guests) are agreeing to terms and conditions on this section "terms, conditions & waiver" .
