I understand that, as a result of the nature of the Island Time Bermuda private sailboat charters, I and the guests invited are solely responsible for my/our actions both on board the sailboat and on/in the water / land during the charter. By this statement of waiver I and my guests free Island Time Bermuda charters, their agents, captain and crew and any other persons related to the sailing yacht charters from all responsibility for any personal injuries, property damages or losses occasioned by my/our participation during the course of all and any activities during the charter. I understand I am/we (all guests) are responsible for my/ our own property, medical, travel interruption/cancellation insurance related to this charter.
By booking Island Time Bermuda charters, I am/ we (all guests) are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
